For years Portugal has become one of the most popular travel destinations in Europe. The largest cities in the country, Lisbon and Porto, are no longer an insider tip for young tech companies. More and more investors: inside, crumbling ruins are breathing new life. Between tradition and modernity, in Portugal you drink strong coffee and nibble through the many cakes and cakes in the Pastelarias.
A counterpoint to the bustling liveliness in Portugal's up-and-coming cities is life in the country: lush green meadows, colorful heathland and a sea of cork oaks.
