Five shopping tips from our city guides

For our city guides, we have combed through some shops and compiled our favorite shopping tips for you.

1.Berlin

In the capital we of course recommend the “Good Buy Store“ from our dear colleagues. The shop is located in the middle of the trendy Friedrichshain district on a busy corner. The light-flooded shop with the most beautiful parquet floor in the city has a large selection of books, gifts, toys and cosmetic products that are fair and sustainable. But you can also buy food such as pasta, tea and chocolate here. The friendly staff are happy to give tips for gifts and, if asked, will tell you more about the products, which are very carefully curated. There is of course also an online shop for all non-Berliners.

The little shop”Clean your closet“ in Vesterbrogade is packed with fine designer pieces pre-loved Quality. There are all the Danish fashion cult brands such as Stine Goya, Baum und Pferdegarten or Ganni, most of which produce sustainably. The pieces are arranged so beautifully in the shop window that you'll want to buy the entire outfit. You can really get some cool fashion bargains here.

One of the largest and most beautiful flea markets in the world is the “Flea market“ in the 18th arrondissement. This flea market has been around for over a hundred years and you can find everything here - especially clothes, records, books, delicacies and valuable antiques. The market has over 3000 stalls and is divided into different parts. Every year, over ten million visitors supposedly come to this place to browse.
