Five places with adventurous tiny houses

Each of us likes to experience new things, go on adventures and broaden his or her horizons. It works best in nature, where you are very close to the elements, are confronted with new, exciting impressions every day and sometimes leave your comfort zone. But it doesn't always have to be an overnight stay in a tent somewhere in the middle of nowhere, the full introduction to van life or life on a sailing boat to get a taste of adventure. A great variant for all prospective adventurers who want to see what is happening to them first Glamping: In nature, but still surrounded by safe walls. With a direct view of the forest, the lake or the mountains, but still comfortably from the warm bed. It's a good thing that we already have five tiny houses up our sleeve for you to spend your first adventure glamping holiday at.

1. Get in touch with nature at Å Camp in the Norwegian silence

Å Camp is situated on the banks of the Tessungåe, a sheltered, pristine river in Norway. Staying in the off-grid cabins in this unspoiled piece of nature is definitely an experience in itself. The direct location in the forest conveys a feeling of freedom and independence - the perfect ingredients for a little adventure. Incidentally, there is little tourism in the region. So you can enjoy the peace and the beautiful Norwegian surroundings almost alone.

Lots of exciting leisure activities right on your doorstep

What would an adventure be without adventurous excursions? Å Camp offers the perfect starting point for this. Directly from the accommodation you can go hiking, fishing and cross-country skiing on the Hardangervidda. Also the Gaustatoppen is not far away and offers fantastic opportunities for freeriding and hiking. And where better to spend it after an eventful day than along the river in one of the wood-heated bush baths? After all, a normal shower would be boring.

5. Enjoy the tranquility and vastness of the forest in the Inforest in Sweden

The Inforest in Sweden proves that adventure doesn't always mean full action. The accommodation is secluded in the forest, far from other houses and roads. Here the term adventure takes on a whole new meaning. In the Swedish forest, guests can get in close contact with nature and the tranquility that it radiates, spend many contemplative hours, meditate or discover the exciting details of the forest. When else do you get the chance to spend the night in the middle of trees, chirping birds and great lighting moods, and that in such great designed huts?

On a discovery tour on foot or on two wheels

If exploring the forest is not quite enough for you, you can go on a hike. There are two certified hiking trails right by the cabins, Västra Vätterleden and Pilgrimsleden Hjo – Kungslena. And those who prefer to pedal instead of lacing their hiking boots will certainly not be disappointed on the many bike trails in the area.

Hello Heidlind, thank you for your comment 🙂 Here you can find similar accommodations in Portugal. In the north, for example, there is this rural farm. Have fun on the next trip!
