28°27'14.2"N, 17°50'32.6"W - these are the exact geographic coordinates that lead to a very extraordinary place. Because here, on the Spanish island La Palma located, is the "Faro Punta Cumplida“. At over 150 years old, this is one of the oldest lighthouses in Spain.

So you quickly reflect on the essentials here. Meanwhile, the patio with a large table in the middle invites you to social evenings. There is an awe-inspiring view of the high tower.

In the lighthouse there are three exclusive suites that can accommodate two to four people. If you want to spend a luxurious holiday with friends, you can rent the entire lighthouse for yourself. Then up to eight people can stay here. No matter what you choose, thanks to fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms, you don't have to do without any amenities here. And can instead find complete peace in the midst of this special environment.

From Andalusia to Venice: Further lighthouse projects are being planned

The "Faro Punta Cumplida" belongs to the company floatel, which is no less committed to identifying the most romantic places in the world. In addition to extraordinary overnight experiences in this country - like that Port crane in Hamburg or the Waterworks in Bad Saarow – the company also wants to focus on special places in southern Europe. And in fact, long-term concessions have recently been decided, including further lighthouse projects in Andalusia, Puglia, Ischia and as an absolute highlight the Lagoon of Venice.

It will probably be a while before you can stay overnight there.
