3. How do travel and sustainability fit together for you?
Travel does not automatically include flights, huge all-inclusive hotels and a large carbon footprint. Travel can also take place regionally. How often are you a tourist: in your own city? The North and Baltic Seas, I can say from my own experience, are real places to relax. Or the mountains that invite you to go hiking. Our nature is very diverse. But also getting to know distant countries and exchanging ideas with other cultures is so enriching and important. This is the only way we can tackle and solve global challenges. In addition, there are now great concepts in many places that not only take sustainability into account, but are built on it.
