A recipe from the "Gitschberg Spritzeria" by Barbara, hostess of Hotel Gitschberg
After an eventful time, there are now many good rays of light that encourage us and let us know that the mountain we are currently walking together is reliably approaching. That is why we are especially happy to open the doors and hearts of the June 27th Hotel Gitschberg to open again.
Today we will show you how to prepare a fresh summer aperitif. The recipe comes straight from the “Gitschberg Spritzeria”. Our bar manager Reinhard serves our guests over 10 different, self-created spritz drinks, from fruity light to sparkling fresh. Here comes our Good Travel tip for this summer: Gitschberg Rosa.
Ingredients for Gitschberg Rosa:
- 3cl Ramazzotti Rosé
- 10 cl South Tyrolean sparkling wine
- 4 cl soda
- Ice cubes, a slice of lime, berries and mint for decoration
1. Put ice cubes in a glass and pour together all liquid ingredients.
2. Decorate with a slice of lime, berries and mint.
