Five places for foodies
Culinary wellbeing is always part of traveling. Trying the delicacies typical of the region is something very special and it is usually precisely these tastes that will stay in the memory long after the trip. At the same time, the topic of food can be an incredibly important contribution to the environment, for example if the ingredients come from our own ecological production or regional agriculture.
Therefore, we would like to introduce you to five places that all want to take you on a culinary expedition in very different ways. They do this in that some of them serve particularly good cuisine in their restaurants, while others pass on the recipe traditions, some of which are centuries old, in cooking courses. You can then try out these recipes in your own self-catering kitchen and later cook them at home. So it's about five places for foodies. From international kitchen teams to Sardinian mothers - there is something for everyone here.
1. La Donaira, Andalusia, Spain

Enjoy vegetarian-vegan or traditional Spanish slow food
The farm's own organic food can be enjoyed in the restaurant of the over a hundred year old farmhouse. Based on the slow food principle, the experienced chefs from all over the world serve vegan, vegetarian and traditional Spanish dishes. How nice that all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the room price, so you can happily try your hand at it during your stay.
If that's not enough, you can also take part in a master class for vegan or vegetarian cuisine or take part in a tasting of the in-house organic olive oils or the award-winning wines. There is also a wide range of other activities: in addition to the beautiful health and wellness center, where everyday stress is quickly forgotten, you can choose to go horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, hiking, climbing or help out on the farm. In the fully equipped kitchens of the apartments you can wonderfully cater for yourself, optionally with the farm's own products.
Try juicy oranges and eumelia olives from biodynamic agriculture

Olive tea is also produced here, as well as various products made from the almonds and the many herbs that grow on the premises.
