Five places for adults

The holiday season is just around the corner and with it the travel time of many families. But not everyone likes to share accommodation with families with children, who are sometimes a bit noisy, in the popular high season. The demand for child-free hotels has grown steadily over the past few years and the subject has long since ceased to be a taboo. Among the guests there are sometimes even parents who just want to go on vacation without the children.

This post is dedicated to five special adult-only accommodations. Regardless of whether it is a long weekend or a longer stay - in these adult hotels you will find the long-awaited peace and quiet that is often missing in everyday (family) life.

1. Treehouse Hotel Seemühle, Bavaria, Germany

At the tree house hotel Seemühle, the long-cherished childhood dream of living in a tree house for a few days comes true. The operators made a conscious decision against a children's playground and an oasis of comfort and tranquility. The tree houses are not suitable for children under 6 years of age, as they are not designed to be child-safe. There are ladders and stairs lurking everywhere, which can be particularly dangerous for small children. In addition, the tree houses are five to 12 meters high.

Those who are free from giddiness will be rewarded

You will be rewarded in the tree houses with a beautiful view of the countryside and the Waizenbach. The tree houses themselves offer the highest level of comfort and impress with their perfectly crafted wooden ambience. It is pure relaxation when you look straight into the treetops and the starry sky from your cozy bed in the evening.

After a rich breakfast, which can be brought to the tree house by pulley, you are spoiled for choice between a hike in the surrounding nature reserves, in the nature park or in the biosphere reserve. But you can also take it easy in the “shepherd's wagon”. There is a trailer sauna, a natural swimming pond for refreshment and a sun terrace with loungers. Whatever you decide on in the end, relaxation and deceleration will always take place here.
