The holiday season is just around the corner and with it the travel time of many families. But not everyone likes to share accommodation with families with children, who are sometimes a bit noisy, in the popular high season. The demand for child-free hotels has grown steadily over the past few years and the subject has long since ceased to be a taboo. Among the guests there are sometimes even parents who just want to go on vacation without the children.
This post is dedicated to five special adult-only accommodations. Regardless of whether it is a long weekend or a longer stay - in these adult hotels you will find the long-awaited peace and quiet that is often missing in everyday (family) life.
1. Treehouse Hotel Seemühle, Bavaria, Germany
At the tree house hotel Seemühle, the long-cherished childhood dream of living in a tree house for a few days comes true. The operators made a conscious decision against a children's playground and an oasis of comfort and tranquility. The tree houses are not suitable for children under 6 years of age, as they are not designed to be child-safe. There are ladders and stairs lurking everywhere, which can be particularly dangerous for small children. In addition, the tree houses are five to 12 meters high.

In 7Sentidos, the sunny Andalusian lifestyle meets the mindfulness of the Bavarian forest. In a 15.000 square meter natural garden are the almost inconspicuous holiday homes, which are also affectionately known as "casitas".

4. Son Viscos Valldemossa, Balearic Islands, Spain
Son Viscos Valldemossa is located in the middle of the UNESCO cultural landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana. From here you not only have a wonderful view of the mountain landscape of western Mallorca, but nature is also right outside the door.
There are fruit trees in the garden, a stream flows in the immediate vicinity, where there are also two mills that date from the time of the Moors and there is even a small bamboo grove. Here you can go for wonderful walks. The surrounding region also invites you to go on short hiking and climbing tours.

5. Buenavista, Canary Islands, Spain
A very special natural landscape awaits you at the Buenavista on Lanzarote, here you will find a volcanic landscape as it is in the book. Here in the middle of the black, coarse sand is also the worldwide unique wine-growing region La Geria. The host of the Buenavista also loves to take care of the viticulture and so you can get it from the owner in the evening.
It is also not surprising that the suites are equipped with large glass surfaces, so that you also have a beautiful view of the unique landscape from inside.
